hela Sverige We are looking for a team member to our Application Services team with core competence in B2B integrations, integration architecture and IT service management. Good understanding of ERP (IFS) and business processes in field services industry.
As and Integration Manager you are accountable for the integration strategy and solutions that support efficient and automatic end to end processes and transaction flows between Eltel and our partners as well as between internal applications.
Eltel Group IT provides support and services to 6000+ users in seven countries, but your location and focus area in the beginning would be in Sweden.
About the position:
Your daily tasks will include development and improvement of digital transaction handling in cooperation with our partners and other team members as well as resolving issues and supporting end users. You will be the single point of contact for any new requirements from business users and coordinate the work of the internal and external specialists.
You work according to our internal processes, service levels and guidelines and report to the Team Manager.
Responsibilities
Demonstrating and designing digital solutions, improvements to existing integrations and capturing gaps
Solving issues and problems in integrations and end to end transaction flows
Supporting users in their IT related issues in co-operation with the other IT Services teams

Requirements:
Min. 4 year experience of development and maintenance of complex business process integration solutions
Proven skills and results in end to end process digitalisation as an architect, consultant, developer, designer or manager
Good knowledge of integration architecture and platforms
Understanding of building integrations in cloud environment, modern technologies and integration lifecycle management
Experience of BizTalk (or similar integration platform), data mapping, building controls, substitution rules, workflows, error handling
Understanding of integration to Work Order Management applications and external partners
Fluent verbal and written English language skills are a must, Swedish and/or Finnish language are used in all daily communication
Good communication and presentation skills, willingness to interact with people
Service mindset and can-do attitude
Pragmatic and logical problem solving skills
Appreciated:
Master degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience
IFS database objects and structure in combination with skills in SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience or good understanding from the services industry (resource planning and field operations)
Knowledge of ITIL processes and project methodologies
Experience in working with ITSM tools, case management tools or project management
