Our client seeks an Integration Leader to drive their Car Service Business through innovative projects and transformative initiatives.
What you'll do:
• Boost progress in car programs and strategic initiatives.
• Act as a supportive Integration Leader, guiding, aiding, and coach units and their product teams.
• Ensure the needs of the car service business are clearly communicated and achieved within car programs.
• Clarify objectives for development teams, outlining necessary deliverables for car programs.
• Liaise and align program statuses across the business, value chain, and engineering departments.
• Lead transformative projects through their lifecycle from review, analysis to implementation.
What you'll bring:
• Superior communication skills, able to interact with various stakeholders.
• Strong project leadership capabilities.
• Skilled in creating persuasive, clear, and concise presentations.
• A dedication to learning and an understanding of agile methods.
• Driven to achieve results with enthusiasm and perseverance.
• Effective collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with diverse teams.
• Ability to understand and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Versatile, ready to tackle a variety of tasks with a flexible approach.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• A degree in Engineering with a Business Administration mindset, or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record.
• Valid work permit in Sweden.
