hela Sverige Are you ready to use your integration and coordination skills to support H&Ms continued expansion in our Integration Center?Integration is a key part of H&M's IT environment and is the function that provides business systems the ability to exchange information. We serve all IT-divisions, as well as external partners with our integration platforms.We are looking for an Integration Lead to join our integration team. As Integration Lead you will lead and coordinate the work to create stable and scalable integrations between our various IT-systems. You will be working in a team and in close dialogue with H&M IT functions and other stakeholders. It's also a great opportunity to get insight on how we use our cloud solutions for enterprise integrations and to influence and help develop it further.You will be working in H&Ms Integration Competence Center (ICC) where we support the entire organization with integration knowledge and solutions, realized through our BizTalk onprem platform and different services in Azure as LogicApps, API management and DataFactory. We offer you a great opportunity to join not only an expansive global IT-Services but also a highly talented team in one of Sweden's largest Integration Center with more than 650 integrations and handling 110 millions of messages every week.As an IL you are responsible towards our internal IT functions for new and updated integrations within your specific business area. Together with architects, developers, testers, and others you make sure that H&M IT has the integrations it needs to support business and future expansion of H&M.As a person we think you are curious about integration and thrives in a fast pace environment. We think that you like to collaborate with others and with your drive you enjoy all kind of challenges.Your responsibilitiesThe job of an Integration Lead within the H&M group comes lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:Act as contact person within ICC for one or more systems / projectsBased on the requirements (completely new or updated integrations, targets or sources), coordinate and lead the entire development process to a production-ready integration, with the help of test-, development-, architect-, customer- and other resourcesParticipate in customer dialogue in how we produce the best integration solutions, both short and long termUse design patterns and guidelines for our integrations and translate the requirements to development tasks for our offshore developersDaily cooperation with our offshore developers located in IndiaWorking close with the integration architects in design issues for current developmentBe responsible to plan and drive changes for incidents in production that are analyzed by the third line teamBased on your interest and background there are opportunities to take part in hands-on development, refactoring and optimization of existing integrationsResponsible for planning and delivering high quality integrations on timeYour skills: Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:Genuine interest and curiosity for IntegrationA few years' experience of system integration, preferably with a good knowledge of BizTalk or other integration platforms, XML and version control toolsEasily plan, prioritize and manage your work and communicate with different type of stakeholdersYou are a structured person who think that quality is importantYou have the ability to communicate about problems and possible solutions in an easy understandable wayWe believe you have previous experience from working in a larger Integration Competence Ce, or knowledge about the challenges it bringsGood at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and SwedishThere is also an added plus if you have worked with:Azure - API Management and Logic AppsSounds interesting?
