The Integration Engineer role will be part of the Integration Team, at the Operations Department. Job is full-time and location for this job is Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate on-going test activities

• Investigate and troubleshoot partner/provider issues and escalate when needed

• Configure/troubleshoot Sinch backend systems to ensure continues service delivery

Requirements:

• Completed postgraduate degree or equivalent experience

• Proficient in one or more of technologies we use daily - TCP/IP, SIP, Telephony, Linux, scripting. It's a bonus if you have telecom experience

• Mindset and willingness to learn and explore new technologies/applications

• Excellent problem solving, organization and multitasking skills

• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is necessary

You have an open, collaborative mind-set and enjoy contributing to a team but also have the ability to work independently when needed. You are eager to learn about new technologies and are curious to learn more about good it can do for our technical environment.
