Role Description:
SIL and HIL testing are key steps in continuous integration, verification and validation to enable quality, speed and safety for Autonomous Driving (AD). Integration among SIL and HIL components, test environment and system under test, 3rd party development and test tools are becoming challenging while the AD product complexity evolves. This is where your role as Integration Engineer will be important you will bring together different test tools like SIL, HIL, test automation, CI/CD tools and, most importantly, system under test.
The domain is broad which means your background can be diverse. However, we think you have the following key competencies:
University degree in Computer Engineering, Physics Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics or equivalent
Experience with development of high-quality, production-level software
Skilled C/C++, Python programmer in Linux environments
Wide experience of real time simulations
We also believe you have good social skills, as this job is all about collaborations. We also believe key competencies for this role is structure, collaborative and positive spirit with a make it happen-mindset. You are likely also passionate about building development tools, implementing testing workflows and infrastructure work as that is what this job is about.
You're probably also open to work in a completely new context where we together are the motivators to make the future of automated transport solutions happen. As our business area is new you should share our curiosity for new technology, tools and way of working and want to take it to the next level.
If this sounds like you, we would be delighted if you also had one or more of the following competencies:
Strong experience in system level testing and integration including on-board, high-level software and cloud based solution
Experience in Cloud DevOps and cluster computing (AWS, Azure, Kafka, Microservices, HPC, Kubernetes)Knowledge in IT network technology and infrastructure practices including access technologies (WiFi, cellular 4G/5G), network traffic transportation and security
Experience with CI/CD development, Docker, GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible
Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, robot framework)
Experience of simulation for AD/ADAS, HIL rigs, and test automation tools, i.e. Carla, from dSpace, Vector, or NI
