Work Description
We are looking for a motivated Integration-as-a-Service Coordinator to join our client, Kone, team in Kista. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating between technical and business teams to ensure smooth system integrations and an excellent customer experience.
This position is a parental leave cover for approximately 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
Requirements
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Basic understanding of facility management systems and/or customer portals
Strong communication skills for collaborating across cross-functional teams
Comfortable interacting with both technical and commercial stakeholders
Basic project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Meriting Qualifications
Knowledge of Finnish
Experience in sales and/or project coordination
Desirable Competences
Basic understanding of APIs, data models, and data field mapping
Ability to read and understand API documentation
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Experience in error handling and root cause analysis
Ability to coordinate internal procurement tasks
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail to ensure integrations are correctly configured and data is accurately transferred
Curious and eager to learn new tools and technologies
Customer-focused mindset, ensuring outputs meet customer needs efficiently
Organized and structured approach to project management
