Job Description
Are you a self-driven Integration Architect that wants to be a part of modernizing H&M Groups' integrations? H&M Group is on a transformation journey to migrate our integrations from on-prem to cloud and are right now looking to strengthen our team!
The product team currently consists of seven people and is a high performing and motivated team that listens to each other, embraces diverse perspectives, and always finds a way forward together. You will work within the Integration Solution Service product team where the mission is to provide expertise and knowledge to empower other product teams to create modern and stable integration solutions. Furthermore, the team provides advisory and design of integration architecture through best practices and guidelines as well as conduct evaluation of new SaaS solutions and vendor procurement. The team works with the modernization and migration of integrations to cloud and aim to reach the target for modernizing all integrations by the end of 2023!
Responsibilities
As an Integration Architect you will collaborate closely with Product Owners and Software Engineers from other product teams in the organization. Together with the team you will share best practices for the full software development life cycle as well as build and motivate integration design solutions. On our transformation journey to modernize our way of working, you will create integration architecture for migrating the integrations from on-prem to cloud. You will be a key enabler in creating overall improvements! Furthermore, you will:
Participate in new SaaS solution procurement process for evaluating integration/API aspects in alignment with HM's integration strategy
Translate the business needs into integration solution requirements making sure the modern integration architectural principles are followed.
Qualifications
Who are you?
We believe you are self-driven, take initiatives and have great passion for integrations. Your social skills help you communicate effectively as well as build strong relationships with colleagues across the organisation. You have 4+ years experience of creating integration solution designs and have the ability to break down design solutions to requirement towards developers. You have experience of creating best practices and guidelines and we also believe you are solution-oriented with experience of working accordingly to agile practices and agile WoW. Furthermore, we believe you have:
Education in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field or equivalent practical experience
Experience in Azure technologies, tools and security
Experience in developing integrations in a middleware platform, preferred Biztalk and Azure IpaaS
XSLT and Liquid mapping, JSON, Maps, Schemas
Experience in CI/CD (Azure DevOps or similar tool)
Experience in API and Events.
It is also beneficial if you have:
Knowledge of integrating with SAP solutions
Experience in working in a large global company with distributed teams.
