Find your place in a fast moving environment where you as architect for SAP Integrations have a key role within our SAP Development team. You will work tightly with both SAP experts as well as with our Integration Competence Center (ICC) with full focus on securing the end-to-end processes in H&M. You will be part of a global program aimed at establishing a new IT platform and thus enabling the business continues growth.

The integration architect role will include assuring robustness, reusability and maintainability of the integration solutions in a complex environment. The Integration Architect will also be responsible for making sure that developers are implementing generic and reusable solutions according to H&M frameworks and guidelines.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M architect comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Plan and establish the architecture and design for the required generic frameworks and guidelines
• Interact with several stakeholders such as architects, application experts, developers, ICC and functional areas to understand and provide solutions of end-to-end flows, improve technical solutions, secure error handling and sufficient monitoring
• Understand the functional processes and H&M business making sure that the requirements are fulfilled in the integration solutions with a holistic view
• Keep track of the development progress in the team from an overall level and coach the developers
• Conduct code and solution reviews of development objects within the integration area
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Several years of experience as an integration architect, managing developers
• Extensive experience of integration design and development in SAP (ABAP/ABAP OO, iDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, ABAP proxies)
• Good knowledge of integration platforms (SAP PI, BizTalk, etc.)
• Experience of monitoring and error handling of interfaces in SAP
• Experience of development/maintenance processes within global organizations with many stakeholders and off-shore development
• It is qualifying if you have SAP Retail, SAP CRM or SAP POSDM experience
• It is also qualifying if you have application experience within the FI, SD or MM area
