Our customer is a well known European OEM. The team will be engaged in the area of complete test and integration on the complete software and electronics system. The mission of the team is to bring integration-driven development and test into product creation to secure a stable and robust electrical system for a new SW and electronics platforms.
Requirements
Take the active communications with Tech leads, Product Owners, Project Manages, System and Solution Architect/Engineering to refine and drive Integration Anatomy Creation
Drive and lead Anatomy Workshops with high importance for the integration of the new automotive platforms.
Provide long-term vision and direction to the Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout the project. Clearly define what should be archived based on Anatomy plan and in what increment this is expected and can be committed by the teams.
Establish a good communication interface to the ARTs dealing with objectives for the current & upcoming PIs and align the objectives with anatomy plan.
Ensure that the anatomy work packages have an adequate amount of information. Initiate appropriate Advanced Engineering work and collaborate with System and Solution Architect/Engineering to assist with decision making and sequencing of the key technological infrastructures
Make sure the Anatomies are well documented, understandable and agreed within the organization.
Make sure Integration and Release Planning, by grouping work packages in an intelligent way within the Anatomy, aided by the visible dependencies divided into visible increments, showing the major steps towards a complete product.
Risk Management and Project Re-planning using Anatomy, Risk mitigation in the planning phase
Progress reporting
Will be a plus:
Previous working experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager for [3+] year(s)
MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Integration driven development from large scale software product development including hands on experience
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker with a vision
Attention to details
Experience in Automotive industry is desirable.
Job Responsibilities
As an Integration Anatomy Architect you should maximize the overall product value and testability aspects by presenting anatomies and priorities from a business perspective and program Vision and Roadmap. You will also drive the roadmap strategy and implementation of integration driven development (IDD) using anatomies. With system anatomies, you will form and maintain the roadmap on how the electrical platform shall incrementally extend over time.
You will be directly involved into development of Automotive Systems for EU OEM. Driving research, development, improvement and optimization for one of the safest platform for autonomous driving car in the world. You will also play an active role in bridging communication with stakeholders regarding functionality and delivery timeline is expected to be in charge of successful candidates.
