With a large number of new vehicle contracts into the cluster and the allocation of ISR responsibility, the SER Nordics Engineering department is recruiting an Integrated Services Readiness Project Manager based in Västerås, Sweden.
Your mission?
As an ISR Project Manager, you will:
execute ISR project WPs at respective site level (aligned to contractual requirements and as per deliverables agreed during tender phase)
be part of the delivery project (RSC) core team and accountable to achieve contractual requirements under responsibility of ISR and ensure management of QCD commitments
report hierarchically to the local ISR manager and functionally to the Project Manager (PM) or Project Director (PD) of the relevant project.
Key responsibilities?
The ISR Project Manager:
is responsible for the harmonisation input to the delivery projects with regards to operational conditions for maintenance.
minimizes warranty cost and enable effective introduction of the vehicle to the infrastructure of service operation.
maintains the interface with customer, internal functions and subsystems
coordinates the execution of the various ISR subsets performed at sub-system level and with external suppliers
mandates for ISR covers all activities related to ISR obligations from the early stages of Train Development until the end of warranty (and in case of subsequent maintenance contract: a smooth handover of deliverables to Services team)
mandates covers ISR contributions to tender phase as well as project phase including the coordination of necessary resources to secure contractual customer deliverables (Special tools, Spare Parts, Trainings, O&M manuals) and manage important targets (LCC, MTTR etc.)
Requirements:
The candidate shall have a Bachelor degree in an industrial applicable program
And 3-5 years of relevant experience in an industrial business i.e. railway vehicle maintenance and operation, automotive and aerospace.
Skills: Leadership and distributed team management in a project context, spoken and written communication in English and preferably Swedish
Tools: Standard MS office suite
