We are now looking for an Integrated Management System Specialist (Business Process Development) based at our head office in Kista who wants to be part of our journey towards becoming the market leader in lithium batteries for the global telecom market. About the position
To succeed at Incell, a multicultural company with high growth targets, you need to thrive in a fast-moving environment. This role at Incell works closely with many colleagues within the Incell group and a wide range of tasks related to the Integrated Management System. The IMS Specialist is leading the development of the management system. The position is unique within the company and opens for the selected candidate to have influence on the role and Incell's future actions within the management system area.
Responsibilities
Assure both maintenance and development of documentation and processes in the Incell Group Integrated Management System.
Drive change of existing Integrated Management System software to a more user friendly and suited system
Lead and support process development throughout the Incell Group
Ensure compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 in software Arena
Carry out in-house training of the Incell Integrated Management System
Develop and maintain the document review/approval process within the Incell Group
Administrate reporting of quality related KPIs to Incell Group Quality Manager
Coordinate internal audits
Potentially execute internal audits
Provide administrative assistance within the Incell Group quality and sustainability area
Qualifications and experience
Relevant academic degree
Solid experience from maintaining and developing management systems in a multicultural environment
Auditor ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Knowledge of Arena is an advantage
