Your profile
* Bachelor's or M.Sc. degree required. Preference for engineering degree.
* 5 + years experience in the area of digitization - preferably in the area of Manufacturing and Engineering
* Project Management experience, targeted selection and standardized implementation of tools across global locations as well as knowledge with project management tools e.g. Jira, MS Planner
* you are a pro-active and analytical thinker with great ability to plan ahead.
* You have already demonstrated your ability to analyze data and present results in dashboards, presentations, etc.
* You have successfully applied your good moderation skills and methodological knowledge in the area of Manufacturing and Engineering
* You demonstrate your creativity and ideas for automating standard processes
* Good communication skills in English and Swedish
* Ability to travel as required
Your responsibilitites
* Identify and drive digitization opportunities in the Business in areas of Manufacturing
* Develop and explain the Manufacturing process and application landscape
* Ensuring the End-2-End usage of data from R&D through Service
* Implementation of process automation on the shop floor
* Introduction of new tools for the business in alignment with Corporate IT Application Landscape and business requirements
* Keeping up with constantly changing technology
* Preparation and facilitation of digitalization workshops
* Collaboration / Education / Training with both internal and external resources
* Ensuring data quality for standard reports including their analysis
* Special projects related to digitization and automation. Be the interface towards other projects and organizations including PLM strategy (PLM Master Plan), PLM/TeamCenter development, SAP/ERP strategy (S4E-Unify), MES Strategy, Manufacturing expert communities, Additive Manufacturing, Model Based Engineering etc
* Develop and support business cases

ROLE
The Medium Gas Turbine (MGT) business is facing a strong growth and is also strategically investing in Digital Manufacturing for future competitiveness.
We are looking for a highly motivated, visionary minded, person to drive implementation of Integrated Digital Manufacturing, primarily for the manufacturing plant in Finspang, Sweden. You will be part of an international team driving manufacturing process improvements and implementation of Integrated Digital Manufacturing across Siemens Energy.
You will drive the local Finspang organization forward with Integrated Digital Manufacturing processes, tools and applications, as well as keep a pulse and interface with other organizations and strategic digitalization initiatives in Siemens Energy.
The position is organized in the Siemens Energy Global IT & Digitalization organization, located in Finspang. This position will report to Head of Model Based Manufacturing (SE IT APD PLM MBM) and have a strong link to Head of Manufacturing of Industrial Gas Turbines (Finspang, Sweden).
