In March this year, we announced a tremendous milestone: we are now an insurance carrier which means we can create our own insurance products. Along with expanding our product offering we are even expanding geographically. We have launched in the Nordics and we are setting the plan for our next destination. For this upcoming exciting phase we are hiring an Insurance Product Specialist.
What about the role?
As an Insurance Product Specialist in Hedvig you will be leading the process of creating insurance products as well as building Hedvig's capacity to create and manage insurance products. Your main goal will be creating new insurance products and implementing processes for administering our existing ones as well as launching both in new markets.
What we expect from you is that you will design insurance products that enable our service team to provide remarkable experiences for our members while maintaining our 10x higher NPS relative to our Nordic competitors.
Your Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Leading the way to enable Hedvig to create, iterate and manage insurance products faster and more efficiently than any other insurance company in Europe
Implement updates and revisions to our existing insurance product suite to meet internal and external requests and requirements (taking ownership of insurance products over their full life cycle).
Ensure coherence and accuracy of all insurance assets (policies, policy summaries, supporting documentation, consumer information, etc.) in Hedvig's ecosystem.
Lead insurance product trainings for various functions across the Hedvig organisation
Be a key stakeholder towards external reinsurance partners in insurance product related matters

You have a proven track record of introducing bold, successful new insurance products to the market
You have a deep understanding of insurance products, understanding where inherent challenges in their creation normally lie.
You have integrity and think it's more important to create insurance products that fulfill members' needs more than the needs of the underlying business
