This position belongs to Additional Material supply chain within Installed Base Performance team. Additional Material supply chain is managing the sourcing, production, and supply of Closures, Straws and Strips & Films for the application on Tetra Pak packages worldwide. This position will be responsible of working with both internal and External factories.
This is a permanent position and you will work in a global arena. Since it is a global role, location can be discussed.
What you will do
As Installed Base System Expert, you will:
Driving performance improvement globally by
Supporting factories in solving and preventing complex technical problems affecting line performance and quality
Leading or participating Kaizen teams
Supporting Maintenance Prevention (MP) process
Maintain standardization of maintenance routines, equipment trees, and critical spare parts lists with close collaboration of IBE-D&T
Leading KPIs target setting and following up performance for respective platforms
Supporting factories' budget preparation of major maintenance activities
Supporting new/additional capacity & product development/deployment and digitalization projects
Supporting Technology Transfer & Training process
OT System ownership and support life cycle activities
We believe you have
Minimum bachelor in Engineering degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance role, preferably in the food packaging/processing industry
Knowledge of injection molding technology is preferred
Solid knowledge of functional safety, and Quality
MS Office literacy is needed
Working knowledge of WCM / TPM is required
Good communication & Interpersonal skills with ability to influence others at different levels of the organization
Hands on experience to work with teams to drive continuous initiatives is a must
Self driven and have a pro-active approach
Possess strong analytical and logical skills
Demonstrate leadership without authority to lead and motivate teams that do not directly report to you
Fluency in spoken and written English
