Who you are
Alfa Laval Nordic, the sales company in the Nordic region, with a total of 180 employees, has a strong ambition of Creating Excellent Customer Experience. We are now seeking a person with a commercial drive and technical interest.
About the job
Would you like to reduce our customers maintenance costs and bring their processes peace of mind?
In this position you are the driver to spot service needs based on data intelligence. You will belong to the service division but work across all division together with new sales as well.
You will be responsible for Installed Base which is our equipment traceability system. Some areas are:
* drive the data quality across all divisions
* work proactively to spot service needs that the sales organisation can act on
* take part in creating an overview of our service contracts
What you know
You have a financial or technical background and love to see the connection between them.
You are higher than average on systems and enjoy working in excel with pivot tables, lookups and more fun stuff. Further, you master at least one Scandinavian language as well as English on a high level.
Who you are
To be successful in this position you must be a commercially oriented team player with technical flair and a good communicator who finds it easy to network and maintain relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
You are accurate, structured, and have a proactive drive to make detailed data overviewable for field sales to conclude on e.g. service agreements on an annual base.

Practicalities
You will report to the Division Manager Service and your office will be in either Søborg/Copenhagen, Denmark or Tumba, Sweden. Some travel, mainly to Nordic countries is part of the position.
