Our mission within E&CA Cluster Installation is to deliver installations excellence; on time, on cost, with quality. Contributing to profitability in the capital equipment business and to growth of the service business.
We are now looking for an Installation Project Manager, to join our successful team, responsible to lead and manage installations execution for packaging equipment within the PMO1 Area (NWE/Nordics), with full accountability for the installation project result following the Installation to Performance process.
There will be travelling up to 50% of the time within the area countries with focus on Nordics countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland).
Main responsibilities
• Identify, plan, monitor and control project risks and opportunities that may impact the project time, budget, quality, overall project plan or delivery of results
• Manage internal and external resources to deliver packaging line installation on time, on budget, on quality, to customer satisfaction
• Provide regular Project reporting to key stakeholders including: tracking of time, cost and quality, with planned cost maintained in SAP/R3
• Support in evaluating external suppliers to deliver services at best cost and quality in alignment with the PMO Area Manager.
• Follow up of project KPI's (project result, installation budget, arrival to -erformance time, etc.)
• Manage and lead local participation and execution of Installation Excellence strategic initiatives within the Cluster
Qualifications
As a person, you have customer management, technical and commercial negotiations skills. You have a good level of analytical problem solving methodology, good understanding of service business and customers' needs. Beside that you are a self-driven, decisive, highly motivated and independent personality
The successful candidate has:
University diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Process or Food Engineering or Project management fields.
• PMP or PgMP (PMI) Certificate (preferably) or Certificate level B or A (IPMA)
• 5-10 years of work experience within projects
• Working experience in SAP/R3
• Experience with filling equipment, food industry and installation projects is an asset
• Fluency in English beside your native language is required
