Job Mission
About the Role:
As Installation Operations Specialist (m/f/d) at Tibber, you ensure our customers have the best possible experience with installation of the products they purchase from our store. You support the Installations Team with a variety of tasks including: training installers, co-ordinating orders & deliveries, interfacing with Customer Support to assist customers, and evaluating the performance of our Installer Partners to ensure we offer our customers the best quality installation experience.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the installation journey from delivery to commissioning
Attend weekly meetings with our installation partners to evaluate KPIs, align plans, problem solve challenging installs, and identify areas for improvement
Liaise with customer support on installation queries & tickets to ensure our customers are well-informed and assisted with their questions as soon as possible
Identify areas for improvement in the installation journey, commissioning processes or product design,
Assist the finance team to process invoices and disputes efficiently
Ensure our installations are of the highest quality and in accordance with the latest guidelines and regulations with support from our market experts
Co-ordinate with our supply chain team as necessary to evaluate stock levels, delivery times and address logistics problems
Ideal Profile
Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably with a technical focus within the energy or installations field
Technical Aptitude: You're comfortable discussing electrical components, enjoy diving into technical details, and are always eager to learn and adapt
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines with precision
Proactive and Flexible: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment. You can work independently, seamlessly switch between tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities
Analytical Mindset: You have a knack for handling data, enjoy analyzing trends, and take pride in delivering insightful reports
