We are looking for an Installation Manager in Construction Business, Northern Europe.
The employment would ideally start in May 2022
We offer
An interesting and new position in our Nordic Customer Service organization where you will be the Installation Manager and be responsible for the tasks below:
• Definition of the installation business strategy in Stockholm area, based on experience from our installation team in Denmark.
• Leadership of an installation team, which will be your first task to establish.
• Effectively lead the installation organization in the execution of the strategy, which at longer term, also includes strengthening cooperation with external partners.
• Define infrastructure and actively seek to optimize installation work processes, to ensure effective planning and execution.
• Cooperation with sales organization to support the planning of the installation demand.
• Co-ordinate after sales activities.
• Regularly monitor the quality, revenue and profit development.
• The job also requires regular quality monitoring and visits to the various construction sites, new homes and other projects.
You offer
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following criteria:
• Management experience is essential and preferably, relevant education combined with work experience as technician or craftsman.
• Knowledge of Swedish construction regulation an advantage.
• Process and project management competencies as well as analytical skills are a benefit.
• Fluent in Swedish language (written and spoken), English language skills an advantage.
• Focus on efficiency improvements, results and quality.
• Quick and effective decision making in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
• Courage, creation of ideas, solutions and demonstration of entrepreneurial spirit.
As a person, you have high social skills, which allow you to build honest and respectful relationships, and you find it natural to inspire and empower others.
