Are you an experienced leader with a wide knowledge based in the process industry. Do you have a clear focus on moving forward and improving every day? Then you might be the one for this exiting position at Nobel Biocare AB.
Publiceringsdatum2015-10-08Dina arbetsuppgifterYour focus will be growth by optimizing the plants output through increased efficiency and productivity. As Production Mananger your mission is to create an environment that encourage initiatives and engagement. You have the overall responsibility for 110 employees at the site in Karlskoga. Your direct reports consists of four group leaders and one responsible for maintenance. Alongside the personnel responsibility you are also responsible for budget and work environment in you area.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have several years experience from a similar position within the process industry, where you have accuired great knowledge in production management. We belive that you have a relevant degree at university level and it is positive if you also have training in Lean production. You are familiar with working in a matrix organization in an international environment. You are fluent in both swedish and english and it is a merit if you have worked in SAP.
Your personal skills are very important and we are looking for a person with a coaching approch to leadership. You are inspired by working with change management with the aim to reach and exceed set goals. You are secure in your leadership and have a open and positive attitude.
