Inspection and Support Coordinator

The position
In this position, you will have a key role in administrating and supporting in several different work processes, such as project preparations and execution, invoicing, quality assurance, general administration, and communication. To enable your understanding for need and nature of the support we are providing, we also see a limited role as field inspector in the assignment.
Your job will be to provide daily support to the global team of inspectors in their job at customer sites. In this role, you are a member of a skilled team with the mission to help our customers meet required safety needs regarding cable and pipe transits. This means you must work in close cooperation with the global team as well as the technical teams in Sweden. The role also includes documentation related to assignments, such as certificates, reports, inspection records and drawings.
Your tasks include the continuous support of project related activities like planning, travels, and other requested documents to ensure good information flow throughout the operations. It is necessary to be very good in communicating in our corporate language, English. Other languages are an advantage. Swedish is beneficial, but not required.
You will work as an inspector in our global installation inspection projects on a few occasions per year. This is for you to have close relationship with our service offer and the environment where our inspectors and customers are interacting.
As Inspection and Support Coordinator you are based at the headquarters of Roxtec Services AB in Karlskrona, Sweden, but international traveling is required.
Qualifications
To be successful and fulfill the assignment, it is important that:
• You have relevant education or corresponding competence and experience.
• You are organized and structured to manage administration and support tasks.
• You have technical interest and understanding of mechanical solutions and devices.
• You are focused and can work with endurance to deliver solutions and results in an international working environment.
• You can take responsibility and ownership of your tasks.
• You are a committed and self-motivated person who build long-term relations and are easy to work with.
• You have good skills in written and spoken English.
• You are familiar with computer software such as the Microsoft software suite.
• You are physically rather fit, as the inspection part of the job can be quite demanding in that aspect.
