The successful candidate will join Attachmate's Nordics Sales team in Stockholm with a mission to proactively developing new business opportunities for Attachmate within the Nordic region.
Job's purpose:
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for selling into our Nordic customer base as well as providing support for the Nordics Sales team by qualifying leads and identifying larger sales opportunities. You will generate interest in Attachmate?s products by calling on the installed base and working with Business Partners to close and fill the sale.
Objectives:
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction within territory
• Follow up identified leads and manage these opportunities through the sale cycle
• Identify and clarify business needs within accounts in your territory
• Collect feedback information on market trends, product requirements, competitive issues etc. and provide this information to the Attachmate organization.
• Be a representative of Attachmate, resulting in sales activity and brand awareness.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate has a natural passion for sales ? you get a kick out of picking up the phone and calling customers again and again. You have excellent communications skills and are self motivated and self managed.
• Previous (inside) sales experience is a plus. Preferably within a software company.
• Computer Literate, preferably knowledge of general systems and software, good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook. Knowledge of Siebel or other CRM tools is a plus.
• Higher professional education, preferably in economics or marketing is considered a merit. Alternatively ? education in computer electronics with strong sales skills.
• Fluency in Swedish is a must. Finnish is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of English.
