Main worktasks
As Inside sales at ASSA Abloy you will assist the salesmanagers in various functions such as: pricing, reviewing plans and specifications, preparing quotations, tracking and following up on active projects as well as on other leads. You will also be responsible for sales through distributors and direct sales.
You will manage the team bid meetings where representatives from all areas attend. You will also read and study tenders to prepare for door design and pricing. You will actively search for leads all across Europe and handle the leads that come in.
Further you will administrate and prepare all budget information, prepare quotations and maintain the CRM system with information as well as work with follow up on quotes and close deals.

• In-depth understanding of customer/industry/business climate
• Professional communicator, in both speaking and in writing
You have a sales- mindset and bring this to the company culture. You have the technical skills needed to keep a dialog with your customers and salesmanagers, as well as being able to handle the other parts in your role.
English is a demand but also other languages such as Swedish, German, French, Spanish or Russian are good to have. This position includes traveling, mostly within EMEA but also further at times.
