ASCO is the worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of quality fluid control products and a part of Emerson ASCO is searching for an Inside sales/Technical customer support to their team in Mölnlycke, Sweden. You will report to the Sales Manager in Nordics. You have the customer in focus, is a problem solver, action oriented and self-motivated. You are driven for result. Ethics and value is important and you are a role model within this.
Your main responsibility will include:
• Ensure the consistent and effective provision of services/information to the customer base including order management, fulfilment, problem solving and other services across all media (Telephone, mail, etc.).
• Check feasibility of customer request in terms of lead times, certificates and documents required
• Provide a daily follow up of the order book and takes actions in order to anticipate issues
• Generate leads for sales force through active listening and probing for customer requirements and opportunities. Offer additional products to customer when/if possible
• Ensure communication with management line is clear and focused.
• Apply relevant customer service procedures and processes in the respect of the Quality Management System
• Provide awareness of customer complaints or any issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement
• Develop wide market knowledge and ensure a keen awareness of ASCO products portfolio offering

Qualifications and experience:
Engineering degree.
Bachelor degree in Business administration or International Trade.
Minimum three (3) years progressive industry experience in customer service role.
Excellent English and Swedish, both spoken and in writing, is required and other Nordic language is a plus.
Good knowledge and demonstrated practice of international trade: incoterms, payment terms, transport.
Proficient use in computer applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
You have excellent customer sense, is a problem solver and good to prioritize what needs to be done. You are a perfectionist and pay attention to details. In addition, you have strong analytical and communication skills and is a team player willing to work within a matrix organization with other ASCO Numatics people in the region and globally.
