In collaboration with our client we are looking for a team builder to help them hack and scale their sales efforts on multiple international markets on their journey to become a global success story in the last mega industry to digitalise. Our client currently have sales teams and customers in both the UK and in the Nordics. Now they are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to help accelerate their international growth on multiple markets. You will build an international inside sales team from ground up and will be closing deals, recruiting talent and coaching your team. You will report directly to the founder and COO. Successful applicants will love the challenge of complex enterprise sales across boarders and thrive in a position where overcoming barriers with your team is the path to success. You probably also get excited about the opportunity of transforming one of the largest industries in the world with a great product.

Kvalifikationer
• You have a strong track record with 3+ years of experience from inside sales on more than one market. Preferably SaaS.
• You have a bachelors degree within a relevant field of study.
• You are responsive, communicative, creative and passionate about your colleagues and work.
• You are highly motivated with a real "can do" attitude - a self-starter.
• You love results but value team achievements over individual ones.
• You have excellent communications skills in at least two languages (one being English) with the ability to express arguments that resonate with different stakeholders.
