AB Ardent is a dental manufacturing company based in Sweden.
We are focused on the development of restorative filling materials such as light curing composites for aesthetic restorations, amalgam alloys and accessories.
Sagemax Bioceramics is America 's largest dental zirconia manufacturer and manufacturer of NexxZr T.
With the headquarters located just south of Seattle in Washington State, USA, Sagemax Bioceramics got its start in 2006 with the simple idea of making quality zirconia at a better price. The incredible acceptance of our zirconia in the market has pushed the growth at an amazing rate.
Sagemax EMEA distribution is managed through AB Ardent Sweden.
About the role
As an Inside Sales Representative your primary objective is to manage customer service and inside sales activities via phone to achieve monthly, quarterly and annuals sales goals. You will also support the sales force through sales preparation. In addition, you will help others on the inside sales team to deliver exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and e-mails. You will be expected to utilize modern selling and marketing techniques and tools to communicate effectively with customers and dealers. The scope of the role will include building and developing relationships with both new and existing clients.
Key accountabilites:
* Answer customer and dealers questions concerning products and their orders.
* Correct data processing in SAP as well as other data processing in Microsoft Office.
* Create all CRM activities (leads, Opportunities, Preorders, visit requirements, tasks, contacts and more).
* Input data into SAP and CRM system to ensure up-to-date availability.
* Working with CRM Call-Lists and Planned Calls.
* Close sales effectively and timely while ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Continuously increase knowledge of company products, services, and procedures.
* Work in team environment, communicating as required with all personnel.
* Occasion travel for training and/or meetings may be required, e.g. Dental show visits.

You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic environment.
Minimum Requirements:
* Ability to speak fluent German and/or French would be preferred. Fluent in English and Swedish is mandatory.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM system and SAP.
* Professional, effective telephone techniques and customer service skills.
* Attention to detail in order to evaluate customer 's orders.
* Solid time management skills and an ability to work independently with a high level of integrity.
* Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry while understanding the competitive posture of the company.
* Flexible and an ability to multitask and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
It will be considered a plus if you have worked in sales.
