Essential functions
This is a role that will have an impact on future sales. As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you will be working with actively contacting new prospects and existing customers on a daily basis. You will also be working with finding new leads, maintaining relationships and general administrative duties. As an ISR at ANSYS you will also market webinars and seminars to their current customers.
The ISR also works as a sales support to field sales.
Background and qualifications
• You have a technical background and interest, but the most importantly you have a background within sales and you are not afraid to work in a technical environment.
• You have experience from working with a CRM.
• Excellent English and Swedish (both written and verbal), any knowledge in Finnish is an advantage.
To succeed in this role we believe that you are self motivated, outgoing and result oriented person with great social skills. You feel comfortable speaking to people on different levels within an organisation, and like to work with the phone as your main tool.
