To achieve this, we need a dedicated Inside sales representative to strengthen our team and this is where you come in.

The Opportunity
The role is a combination of an Inside Sales Representative and a back-office sales support for the sales team on the field. This means your days will be filled with interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your main task is to support our customers over the phone/e-mail. Both incoming and outgoing calls to keep relationships and win opportunities, follow up on leads and of course also to find new possibilities and customers and create leads.

In addition to this you will be our CRM Super User with responsibility to keep the customer database up to date, register new prospects and create quotes. You will also organize customer meetings, plan smaller fairs and events and build new relations and via campaigns.

You should be a driven, service-minded and flexible person with a strong attention to details with customer service close to your heart. You need to be able to work independently within your own areas, taking a total responsibility.

Although teamwork is also crucial, so we also believe it is important that you have the ability to easily interact and establish connections internally and externally across borders.
You will be based in Malmö and a part of our Swedish sales team, reporting to Sales Manager Sweden.

The successful candidate
To be successful in this role you are service minded by nature and you love to interact with others. In addition to this you are structured and organized. We also believe that

• You are familiar with working with a CRM system (we use IFS)

• You have great computer skills and knowledge within the Office package

It is also meriting if you have a technical interest and background especially experience in sales of technical products in automation.
