Westermo is looking for an Inside Sales Representative
Westermo Data Communications AB is responsible for sales and customer services for the Swedish and Finnish market. Today the company has three regional sales managers and two engineers within technical support and one administrator for order and market communications together with a managing director.

We are now looking for an inside sales representative who shall conduct sales and business development in Sweden and Finland. In this role, you will create and conduct sales together with the regional sales managers to find new customers and widen and develop the cooperation with our current customers. You will take initiative and find creative solutions regarding processing, which activities shall be implemented, how they will be done and how they will be followed up.

Westermo has sales units all over the world with ambitions to grow. Most of your work is placed in the Västerås office. You will work closely with the regional sales managers and report to the managing director.



Job assignments
As an Inside inside sales representative you will work for established performance targets together with the regional sales managers and the managing director. You will also assist the regional sales managers with offers, visitor's bookings, up dates in CRM and processing orders. You will run addressed campaigns to selected customers with market automation. Handle incoming requests from customers and orders by phone or email and through addressed campaign and be responsible for the CRM administration and continuously maintain data. You will be a part of general market communications at fairs, seminars and advertising and actively contribute to develop the ability to run an effective sales work together with other improvement activities within Westermo.

The role includes about 30 travel days per year.

Qualifications and Personal Skills
We would like you to have a degree from a technical collage within industrial automation or data communications, alternatively a college education within economics, marketing or linguistics or similar. You are comfortable in communicating on every level within an organization and you are able to understand the process of Westermo sales and other value base selling methods. We would like you to have more than one year experience of sale within IT/Data Communication or a related field and experience of CRM Systems, Business Systems, Word/Excel/PowerPoint. You speak fluently Swedish and English. If you speak Finish, that is an advantage. You are an attentive, goal-oriented team player who likes technique. You are positive and committed, like customer relations and business and you are self-motivated.
