Venezu is a temp and recruitment agency that works exclusively with B2B companies in the ICT industry. We focus on the Nordic market and we are looking for motivated and skilled candidates that fit the innovative and can-do environment of our customers. We are now looking for an Inside Sales representative for our client:

Our customer operates as a service provider for the ICT industry. The company offers various ICT product categories of hardware, software, and information technology (IT) services. It also provides customized services in the logistics, finance, IT, and digital services sectors, as well as traditional distribution services. The company serves retailers, e-tailers, corporate customers, value-added resellers, small and medium-sized business resellers, and others. It has operations throughout Europe.

As an Inside Support Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers, the sales team and support functions to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota. You are expected to develop a strategy for identifying, driving & closing opportunities for your assigned segment.

We are looking for a candidate that's not micro-managed; you are structured and have a good understanding of IT-licenses and IT in general. You must be able to sell IT-licenses and you have worked with Microsoft licenses previously.

You will support the customers on an advanced level, handling complex licensing agreements as well as helping them with back office related questions. Providing the best customer service is essential to our client.

You will help and advice the customer through the telephone - this also includes questions related to orders and invoicing. You are also expected to help the customers with different license scenarios and help them choose the right solution for their company.

You have the following background:

• Sales experience and proven track record of success
• Experience with Microsoft licenses
• Good knowledge of how the IT channel works
• Ability to identify the key aspects of a potential opportunity and close the deal
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video and presentations
• Achievement and success-driven personality

The candidates we are looking for are fluent in Swedish and English and you have a work permit already in place. The temp position as Inside Sales Support Representative The position is going to be based at our clients' office in Stockholm.
