We are now looking for an Inside Sales Rep in Stockholm for the Nordic region.

Our HQ is in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in London, Amsterdam and Munich. This role is based in Stockholm.



What is the role?

Through our web portals and online marketing efforts, there is an exponential increase of incoming inbound leads every month. So, we are looking for our Inside Sales rep who can handle every lead and qualify them as well as working with outbound leads.

Every incoming lead is a customer expressing an interest but there might be several variations of needs, concerns, maturity and demands from their side, and we want you to understand their priorities and qualify/ convert those leads into sales-ready prospects.
What are we looking for?

An inside sales representative to drive new business development in the Nordic region.
You will be responsible for developing new business both directly with customers and through channel partners. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.
You are comfortable communicating at C-level with lawyers, data protection officers, general counsels and data privacy managers.
You will be involved in every sales stage from generating interest, qualifying prospects, doing product briefings online and book meetings, in close collaboration with sales executives.
We are a vibrant, fun and professional start-up and it will be important that you are open, flexible and motivated both individually and for the team to build the business while enjoying the work.

Who are you?

Willingness to work flexibly in a fast growing start-up company, selling in a software as a service (saas) model
1+ years of experience in Sales preferably in software/ IT industry.
Ability to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound targeted calls, personalised email and letters
Great presence on the phone with engaging and professional communication skills
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest for our solution creatively
Fluent in Swedish and English.
You take own initiatives and work efficiently while contributing to the team as a whole
Experience from a similar company is a merit, but no legal background is required.

DPOrganizer is data protection management software that helps companies around the globe manage their personal data processing and data protection activities.

DPOrganizer helps you map, visualize, report and manage your processing of personal data. The result is improved control and compliance, reduced risk and more efficient use of internal resources.

DPOrganizer is relevant under both current rules and regulations, and to prepare for the General Data Protection Regulation. The software can be used by both individual companies and corporate groups.
