We are now looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to help and support our international sales team! The Inside Sales Manager will work closely alongside all members of the sales team as well as the Marketing Manager.
The successful candidate will be able to monitor all incoming RFQs (leads), qualify them and then pass them onto the correct sales member.
The inside sales manager will be in charge of monitoring all of the sales data and manage the entire sales administration process. This involves qualifying leads, making quotes, delivering quotes to the sales team and developing sales KPI's for different markets.
In this role you will be collaborating with many professionals at an international level, so it is vital that you have excellent written and spoken English. We believe that your communication skills and your ability to stay organised will be key success factors in this role.
Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
• Qualify and segment all incoming leads from marketing Create quotes from our ERP system and deliver them to the appropriate sales members
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales KPI's
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Main contact for all things to do with our CRM
• Build and create open communication between yourself and the sales team
Desired skills and experiences:
• You have a bachelor's degree or higher within Business Administration or Economics
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills - Strong organisation skills and a sales mindset
• Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager or Sales Manager role
• Hands on experience with SalesForce and MS Excel - In-depth understanding of the sales process and the administration involved
• You are creative and open to constantly learn new things
• You have great skills in IT tools and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
