As Inside Sales Manager at Enersys, you will be a part of a small and highly efficient sales team, working with our key global OEM customers, and report directly to our Director Sales Nordic. The position is located at Enersys office in Kista, Stockholm.
Main task
Be the main interface to our key global OEM customers together with KAM to support and coordinate sales and profits. Actively participate in the work of developing and growing a profitable business.
Responsibility
Arrange and prepare customer and market events
Own and drive monthly customer meetings covering demand and supply situation, delivery performance, portfolio mgmt, etc.
Support business review meetings both in terms of preparing material and participating in meetings
Support preparation of larger negotiations together with KAM
Prepare quotes and offerings
Monitor and report sales and order intake trends
Pricing management
Agreement management
Customer assessment
Forecast & Demand plan activities
Delivery escalation support
Product life-cycle management; manage and drive new product introductions
Key Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
Previous Inside Sales experience
Fluent in Swedish and English
Excellent administrative ability, methodical and procedural approach
Ability to plan and organize tasks and structure own work efficiently
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines and drive tasks to conclusion
A background from working in an international matrix organization is an advantage
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and experienced working with CRM and ERP systems. Experience in SAP is desirable
