Our ideal candidate:
• Is in the beginning of his career or is changing the career
• Has strong interest in sales
• A determined self-starter with a strong willingness to succeed
• Has an ability to set personal goals and to work proactively in order to achieve them
• Has willingness to learn and develop in high pace sales environment
• Has business acumen
• Is fluent in spoken and written English. Business knowledge of other language, especially Dutch or German, gives you a distinctive advantage
• Considers internship to be a first step toward new career
In the period of three (3) months candidate will go through comprehensive sales training to master skills of lead sourcing, developing a sales pitch, discover customer needs and respond to them with an appropriate value proposition, handling objections and resistance, negotiating budgets and closing the deal.
Successful candidates will receive commissions on generated revenue and will have the clear targets set up in order to continue to work in the company.
