Daily you'll be
• responsible for the maximisation of sales and profit through the sales of software and related CDK Services against an agreed plan
• responsible for achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• maintain and grow existing baseline recurring revenue
• to meet those sales targets through professional diligence in meeting the needs of the customers, maintaining complete customer satisfaction and applying the CDK Sales strategy/model to generate increased share of wallet.

Key Duties & Responsibilities;

Account Management and direct selling into an allocated set of account and assume day-to-day management of a territory/set of accounts and all related sales activities, including but not limited to;
• regular account mgt contact frequency
• meeting customers and identifying needs, value propositions for additional products/services
• working on solutions with various CDK departments
• providing a proposal to accounts
• closing commercial, contractual terms
• to produce an annual Sales Plans based on detailed whitespace analysis
• build, develop and retain strong relationships with owners/management teams and employees of the allocated accounts
• area Sales Managers support

In addition you'll assist the allocated Area Sales Manager(s) to achieve their sales objectives by;
• providing sales and administrative support
• generation of quotations using internal system
• act as internal point of contact for those Area Sales Managers accounts
• Campaigns
• manage and maximise sales campaigns as per country plans
• implement and utilise fully the DSI Sales Model & Core Processes
• work closely with other departments in achieving company objectives
• manage own time ensuring that adequate time is allocated to key activities, as based on the priorities as identified in the sales plan
• provide regular reporting for activities/accounts status as per CDK Sales model and guidelines given by manager
• participate in Sales Team meetings and engage with the team in problem solving, issue discussion, greater general communication and more transparent operation
• utilize all resources at your disposal with particular emphasis on Sales Automation tools - e.g. Salesforce.com, Customer Journey etc to effectively manage a robust pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasting to your Director of Sales.

How you'll measure success
• Key Results Indicators - Achievement vs.sales targets as per annual sales plan
• Measure of success - Achievement vs. annual sales plan / target Baseline recurring revenue growth Retention % Wallet share growth

Skills & experience you'll need
• strong telephone selling/communication skills
• customer focussed - maturity and diplomacy to handle the various levels within the target client organizations
• able to demonstrate a professional structured sales approach incorporating Prospecting, Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling and Closing Techniques
• results driven, ambitious
• resourceful
• excellent communication skills, especially around listening, questioning - politely assertive
• excellent negotiation skills
• self-driven, highly motivated, proactive
• highly organised within a process orientated environment
• highly computer literate and familiarity with CRM/SFA systems

The team in Sweden is a small team of sales rep, consultants and support personnel.

The team sells and delivers small and large installations as well as supports our customer on their business and system challenges.
The geographical is mainly Sweden and Norway but many tasks are also managed and delivered in cooperation with our offices in Denmark and Finland.

There are about 200 future colleagues in the Nordics.
