hela Sverige About the Role: We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our Technical Oriented Fabrics team on a temporary basis for 12 months, based in either Livingston, Scotland or Mölndal, Sweden. The role is to provide internal sales support to customers. To also partner with Field Sales Associates and other account/business team members to meet customer needs and achieve desired business outcome while delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Provide best in class customer interface and order management services to our Technical Oriented Fabrics (TOF) customers in the Scandinavian and UK Defense and Public Safety markets
• Provide effective and timely order management and order book control in compliance with global procedures and agreed service levels
• Coordinate inside selling activities with a prime focus on contract/tender management, price offers, quotations, sampling, provision of certificates, complaint and inquiry management, export control requirements etc., in compliance with our procedures and agreed service levels
• Serve as the customer facing coordinator for global supply chain efforts for your customers including contributing to internal supply and demand planning activities such as Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) process, demand forecasting etc. as required
• Actively partner with account and business teams to meet customer needs and achieve positive business results
• General support and back up for other TOF inside sales associates
• Attend customer meetings / industry events on an as required basis
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Commercial orientation with minimum 3 years ' experience in a customer focused role in either customer service or sales administration
• A high degree of customer and service orientation
• Excellent organizational abilities. Self-driven, flexible and creative. Ability to handle complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills. Outgoing and good at networking. Experience in building internal and external virtual relationships.
• Solid analytical skills and acumen with reporting tools
• Familiar with multi team and multi-cultural environment
• Ability to work under pressure as well as work either independently or in teams with a high level of team spirit
• Strong system and process skills - proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Fluent in English
• Travel minimal (5%) - for customer meetings as required
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience in operations, logistics, planning, supply chain or equivalent and a knowledge of tender and contract management
• Professional experience in a technical industry and ideally with knowledge of European TOF markets and businesses
• Strong command of another European language
