WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As an Inside Sales Account Manager in the Nordic countries you will be a part of an international sales team with sales people located in both UK and Sweden.

The Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) is responsible for the pro-active account management and development of high potential Authorised Partners in order to advance them through the Axis Channel Partner Programme to Silver or Gold status in accordance with agreed sales targets and growth plans.

An integral part of the channel sales team, and responsible for a specific territory, the ISAM is also an ambassador for Axis pro-actively calling the wider non-partner and Authorised Partner customer base in order to identify new opportunities, action the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) lead queue and support specific marketing campaigns that require direct customer contact.

The ISAM will support field based Key Account Managers (KAMs) when necessary and handle all incoming enquiries from customers to successful completion. As a CRM super-user the ISAM will promote best-practice and support the wider team in this respect.

Apart from above your responsibilities will include:

• Pro-active handling of the CRM lead queue to qualify Authorised Partners – every partner has to be contacted personally and, if eligible for the Channel Partnership Programme (CPP), processed in accordance to current guidelines.
• Monitor partner adherence to CPP guidelines
• Qualifying leads generated through marketing activity such as trade shows and dealing with them appropriately (recruitment to CPP, pass over to partners, allocate to KAMs etc.)
• Evaluating and analysing customer purchasing reports in order to identify new high potential Authorised Partners and track growth of existing high potential Authorised Partners to plan.
• Assisting with the project pricing process when applicable.
• Handling inbound calls from customers in a professional and customer service focussed manner. These include pre and post sales questions.
• Pro-active call outs to customers not currently on the Channel Partnership Programme to encourage sign-up.
• Responsible for promoting Axis training to all Authorised Partners and driving registrations to Axis training academy courses and working with the Axis training team to accomplish this.
• Organise customer visits to Axis’ demo room where appropriate (key customers, new partners etc.)
• Act as a CRM super-user providing training and promoting best-practice to colleagues.
• Regularly join and participate at Axis Communications Academy to meet customers, to get in touch with customers and use this possibility to recruit new partners.
• Responsibility for booking out/in of loan demo equipment to customers within the territory
• Qualifying and managing customer demonstration stock purchases
• Ensure knowledge is kept up-to-date by attending training courses and getting ‘hands-on’ with product to fully understand the Axis product offering.
• Reporting activity to manager on a monthly basis and attending sales meetings.
• Occasional attendance at trade shows and customer visits (90% office based, 10% travel).

• Ability to conduct business professionally over the telephone and via e-mail
• Fluent in English, Finnish
