Per Majak, our Sales Nordic Leader, is looking to strengthen the Nordic Sales team with a energetic Inside Sales to join our Stockholm office.

As an Inside Sales representative, you play a vital role in our sales team, engaging with existing customers and actively prospecting to create new sales opportunities for our cutting-edge hardware and software products/solutions. This multifaceted role involves both inbound and outbound sales efforts, ensuring a diverse and challenging experience to grow your career in Sales. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Utilize various channels, to identify and qualify leads and upselling opportunities, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline from both existing and new customer.
• Be the main contact point within the sales team for other teams like Marketing and Finance.
• Take ownership of retention for listed customers/contracts by building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Track, extend, and negotiate terms for support and maintenance agreements, including quotation and order acceptance.
• Offer post-sales support by addressing customer/partner inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with the sales team with general sales reporting and documentation, and provide reliable assistance in administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, tenders, proposals, and contracts.

About you

• You like to cooperate and work with different stakeholders.
• Having a lot going on gives you energy and you get exited by new challenges.
• You are used to managing and structuring your daily work independently.
Qualifications
• You have at least 1-2 years of experience working within sales and/or customer service type of roles and are comfortable interacting with customers.
• Experience from working independently in a fast pace and dynamic organization.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English. Other Nordic languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with MEDDICC.
• Any training or education related to sales or tech is seen as a plus.
• We are a technology company. Interest in Tech/IT security is very useful.
