Your.Rentals is looking for an Inside Sales person to be responsible for onboarding and activating our Italian and English speaking new users for our unique software for vacation rental managers.
You'll be joining our motivated team counting 10+ nationalities in a startup environment. We're located in Malmö, Hanoi, Uppsala, Copenhagen and Buenos Aires. In a flat organisation, you will work closely with other team members every day.
What will I be doing?
As an Inside Sales person, you will use the phone and online tools such as intercom.io and Google Meet to introduce Your.Rentals to leads, and help new users during the account activation process. As Your.Rentals is a performance based software, there is no hard-selling to sign contracts or get the first payment - your role is to find the needs of the user and explain how Your.Rentals can help to save them time and money. Your goal will be to ensure the successful sign-up and activation of property managers to use our SaaS product.
• Responding to Inbound contacts from leads and new users, by phone calls, emails and in-app messaging (live chat).
• Making Outbound contacts to leads and new users, by phone calls, emails and in-app messaging (push messaging and live chat).
• Engaging in conversations with leads and new users to discover their needs and explain how using Your.Rentals will benefit them.
• Building, qualifying and managing your own leads and new user accounts to establish your opportunity pipeline.
• Assisting new users with the pre-sign up and account activation process - using phone calls, emails, in-app messaging and online demos.
• Working closely with our customer support and technical team to solve user issues.
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to users.
• Working with other parts of our company to improve our product offering and business processes.
Skills and experience
We're looking for a positive self-starter, with previous inside sales experience and a lot of ambition.
What you'll definitely need to bring:
• 1-3 years of work experience in Sales and Business development.
• Native fluency in Italian.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Natural confidence in cold calling, speaking with clients and controlling conversations.
• Experience building and managing sales pipelines.
• Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information.
• Strong and confident computer skills (PC or Mac).
• Strong self organization and time management.
• Intellectual curiosity and good problem solving skills.
• Goal driven attitude.
• Work permit allowing you to work in Sweden (EU national).
Nice to have experience:
• Experience in a SaaS or other software company.
• Use of a live chat software, CRM software or case based customer support software.
• Experience in using spreadsheets and manipulating data.
• Fluency in another language.
