Your.Rentals is looking for a Spanish Inside Account Manager to be responsible for onboarding and activating new users for our unique software for vacation rental managers.
As an Inside Account Manager, your role is to engage with prospects and customers, helping them understand the value of Your.Rentals, and moving them forward in the onboarding and activation process. You'll also be responsible for building a portfolio of leads and converting them to active users via a needs based sales approach.
We're in the early days of building our sales organization, meaning that joining our team can lead to exciting opportunities.
You'll be joining our team of motivated people in a mature start-up. We're located in Malmö, Hanoi, Uppsala, Copenhagen and Buenos Aires. In a flat organisation, you will work closely with other team members every day.
What will I be doing?
As Spanish Inside Account Manager, you will use online tools such as intercom.io, Google hangouts and other web-based conferencing services to introduce Your.Rentals to potential users, and help users during the account activation process. Your goal will be to ensure the successful sign-up and account activation of prospects for whom Your.Rentals can help in their daily work.
• Providing a great experience for Your.Rentals' prospective users
• Engaging with potential and current users to assess mutual fit
• Building and qualifying leads and new users to establish our opportunity pipeline
• Managing the sales pipeline for your accounts
• Assisting new users with the pre-sign up and account activation process
• Working closely with our customer support and technical team to solve issues with users
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to users
• Working with other parts of our company to improve our product offering and business processes
• Engaging in team development and mentoring
We're looking for a positive self-starter, with previous inside sales / account management experience and a lot of ambition.
What you'll definitely need to bring:
• 1-3 years of work experience in Sales and Business development
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Native fluency in Spanish
• Sales and Business development experience applied to both the Spanish and Latin American markets
• Experience building and managing sales pipelines
• Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
• Strong organization and time management
• Intellectual curiosity and problem solving
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Goal driven attitude
Nice to have experience:
• SaaS or other software sales experience
• Team leadership or coaching in a customer support or sales environment
• Use of a live chat software, CRM software or case based customer support software
