Care by Volvo (CbV) is a new business program within Volvo Car Group introducing a new subscription offer in the market combining cars, financing, insurance, traditional services e.g. maintenance but also new convenience services such as pick-up and delivery and other connectivity services.
This new business model requires a comprehensive cross-functional approach in defining the new CbV product and operating model as well as redesigned digital landscape. The overall program therefore includes a mix of business work streams from marketing, retail, customer service, finance, digital etc.
Care by Volvo-Digital work stream is establishing a future oriented applications/product suite in a lead market based on a global digital architecture (customer facing, business application, back-end) to support Care by Volvo business model. This will then be implemented to a number of prioritized markets around the globe.
The CbV Input Business Analyst is a role within Volvo Car Group, Consumer & Enterprise Digital (CED), and will work with organizing and analysing incoming ideas, business needs and other requirements from internal VCC stakeholders as well as from other stakeholders within the VCC ecosystem (partners, markets etc)
Purpose
The purpose of the CbV Input Business Analyst is to make sure that we have a holistic view of requirements, processes and systems and facilitates an efficient way of working for grooming and status follow-up.
What you'll do
You will work in a collaborative fashion with other line functions both inside and outside of CED such as Enterprise products, Consumer Commercial Digital Product, Consumer Connectivity Services, Marketing, Global Retail, Finance and Operations. As an Input Business Analyst you will drive the CbV Digital Back-log management in collaboration with product owners and other stakeholders and will be responsible for documenting and updating items relating back-log management. You will challenge and complement business requirements to existing system portfolio and work actively to improve the digital input process. Facilitating workshops connected to business requirements will be your responsibility.
Who are you?
You are driven and analytical with excellent business communication skills, you both write and speak English fluently. You need to have a deep understanding of handling digital change and extended knowledge of process development. Strong business acumen skills is a must together with planning and project management skills.
To succeed in this role it's important that you have experience from working in agile teams. You also need to have worked with Jira, Confluence or other tools for back-log management before.
