We're looking for a dedicated software and development enthusiast that would like to take the lead on Wise IT's rapidly growing business area Dev Search. A role in which you would be creating the future's way of recruiting developers, steering us toward long-term business objectives and lead a talented team of tech recruiters and researchers.
Your day
As business area manager within Wise IT, you will plan and oversee daily operations, and help your co-workers reach their highest potential. You'll be the driving force in sales processes and actively work with segmentation and management of customers' requests. During the normal course of your week you'll also be allocating a fair amount of your time to developing and strengthening relationships with customers and strategical partners. Naturally, you would become an essential part of the management team and take responsibility for Dev Search's budget, results and employees. In your role as business area manager, you will have a large impact on Wise IT's overall journey and aspiration to become the go-to competence solution partner within IT and Tech.
Who are you?
We believe that you're passionate about people and have a natural talent for motivating and inspiring your co-workers. You already have a profound understanding of IT as a branch of industry and a special interest for software development and architecture. It's likely that you up until now have excelled at selling services and been in a leading position of some sort in a recruitment setting focusing on IT. As a person, you appreciate the opportunity to come up with and implement new ideas that develops and takes the business to the next level.
