Vi söker Innovation Manager

Be part of the transition of Electrolux into a Consumer-Marketing Driven company. Support the group's innovation agenda for sustainable profitable growth via participating in initiatives that as purpose to strengthen our innovation/growth roadmaps, portfolios and processes. Serve as a change agent within the organization to help drive the cultural transformation required to deliver on the strategic priorities with main focus to manage our Innovation Lab (iLab) at head quarter. Be part of ensuring the success of, the Innovation Triangle Council (ITC), the front end forum where the strategic growth and innovation direction is set by actively participating in related work streams.

• Responsible for the development, launch, and ongoing evolution of iLab at HQ
• Support the ongoing development of the Electrolux Global Innovation/Growth Portfolio.
• Support the development, launch, and ongoing evolution of Innovation Activation in close collaboration with sub-process owners MarketDrivenInnovation /MDI (Opportunity Assessment/Insight2Innovation), R&D (Advanced Development & Product Development) and Marketing (Commercial Launch).
• Support the ITC ( Industrial Technology Centre ) agenda and workflow through collaboration between functional areas as part of ITC preparation and execution.
• Facilitate collaboration within front end functions, back end functions, forums and processes.
• Serve as key ambassador of Innovation and Growth nomenclature within Marketing, R&D, Design and Operations organisations
• Support the cultural transformation at Electrolux in order to foster an environment within the broader organisation where innovation and ideas add value.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Ability to inspire and support cultural transition within Electrolux to become a innovation and growth minded organisation
• Experience in working with many different functions.
• Knowledge of complex organisational structures.
• Communicate, connect, motivate and partner with all relevant stakeholders across the organization as well as customers, suppliers , partners to establish an innovation and growth mindset and willingness
• Working knowledge of business principles and terminology are required
• Knowledge of Project Leadership
• An agile and entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to challenge set structures
• Possess a visionary outlook and willingness to ask provocative questions, challenge assumptions, and uncover internal biases and blind spots

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor-degree
• Minimum of 1-2 yrs hands on experience wworking in complex business environments
• Proven Collaborator
