To strengthen our team, we are now looking for an innovative and experienced Innovation Lead. The location for this position is flexible with a preference for one of our larger units, such as Fagersta or Pune.
Key performance areas
As Innovation Lead you are responsible for the continuous update of the Seco Innovation Strategy in line with the overall Seco strategy and in coordination with key stakeholders. You lead the development and continual maintenance of an inventory of innovation methods and tools, including idea management systems, idea generation methods, staff training programs, and internal networking initiatives. Part of your mission is to plan, coach and follow up innovation initiatives, in coordination with our most vital partners. You strive to establish relationships with external stakeholders and potential partners within academia, industry and other relevant areas, to incorporate a leading edge of innovative thinking within Seco.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in Business Administration or a similar field, and as a senior-level professional, you have extensive experience from areas such as business development, or innovation and development work from an international environment. You have a good understanding of knowledge sharing, such as training, coaching and networking, is considered a plus, as is having previously worked in a manufacturing industry. As we operate in an international setting, you have very good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, and knowledge in Swedish or French is considered a merit.
