hela Sverige Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:Objectives Electrolux Global R&D Air Care is looking for an Innovation Engineer who will be responsible to run the new products/modules/systems development project by generation, evaluation, analysis and development of design concepts. Chosen candidate will work in an international and multicultural environment in a cross-functional team and have the opportunity to grow in this environment. Key operational responsibilities . Driving cross technologies projects with main focus on Air Care solutions . Assessing and investigating feasibility of new technologies and ideas . Building a global technology network to ensure following technology development . Develop technical solutions of a project to include initial scoping, design concept generation and functional prototyping. . Follow a standard engineering workflow, with milestones, and specific deliverables to be complimented with an innovative, continuous improvement spirit and obsession for exceeding customer expectations. . Apply critical thinking to understand depth of design and to predict why, when, and how designs fail. . Lead collaborative sessions within and outside technical domain to gather information and vet technical opportunities, consumer needs, and optimized design. Reporting to Head of Advanced Development Air Care Competencies needed Master's Degree (MS) (PhD will be preferred) in Mechanical Engineering An experience in developing Residential Air Conditioner (RAC) is preferred.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED . Technical Skills - Good knowledge of product design rules and tools - Good knowledge of Thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer and Physics rules - Basic knowledge of product cost accounting and reporting - Basic knowledge of Statistical, DOE, optimization and quality tools - Ability to use Catia will be considered as a plus . Preferred Career Experience - Experience in Product Design/ Product development is a plus - Project management skills . Strong understanding of engineering principles, developing mechanical models, interpreting test data and model simulation and validation . Proactive and Open-minded approach . Team work oriented, able and willing to work in a complex, international matrix organization . Willing to take initiative and be proactive in a open minded environment . Good communication skills, creativity and project management skills complete the profile . Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
