We currently have the following job opening;
Innovation Coach
To realize CEVT's vision of becoming a world leading innovation center, a new Innovation Department has been created. The mission of the department is to strengthen the innovation capacity of the company by identifying, promoting and managing innovation initiatives within the field of mobility and with focus on customers' future needs. Innovation will take place in interaction with partners and in collaboration with our customers, suppliers, research institutes, authorities, small and middle-sized companies etc.
The Innovation department consists of three groups; Market Intelligence and Governance, Innovation Programs and Innovation Strategy and Ideation. We are now looking for an Innovation Coach, part of the Innovation Strategy and Ideation team.
Responsibilities and Tasks
The Innovation Strategy and Ideation team's main responsibilities are the development of the CEVT Innovation strategy, the organization and execution of idea generation events, external contacts and the support to the organization in innovation ideas/initiatives in early phases.
The Innovation Coach will work very closely to all Innovation stake holders (Design, Marketing and Sales, R&D, Quality, Finance, HR, etc.) to support a positive development of Innovation Ideas/Initiatives in the early phases.
The main tasks and deliveries for the Innovation Coach are:
- Support the owners to drive Innovation ideas / initiatives through the Innovation Process - focus will be on the cross functional Technology/Business/Communication/IP
- Identify key enablers (resource - partnership - etc) to develop/enrich the ideas - initiate contacts (internal and external) to deliver the enablers.
- Support the presentation of the Innovation Ideas/Projects in various fora
Furthermore, the Innovation Coach will be involved in other tasks conducted by the Innovation Strategy and Ideation team, such as:
- Support the development of the Innovation Strategy for CEVT
- Support the organization and the execution of the idea generation activities
- Propose improvements for faster and more efficient development, within and outside the Innovation department
Profile and Background
- Academic degree in Technology and/or Business Development
- Documented experience of technology based business development
- Good informal leader, able to motivate and inspire
- Good communication skills, orally as well as in writing
- Ability to make clear recommendations
- Dynamic and supportive person with ability to create confidence and inspiration
- Broad interest and/or experience in the connection technology/business development/market development
It's an advantage if you have:
- Experience from Small and Medium Enterprises
- Experience from Innovation work
- Experience of business coaching/mentorship
