Job Summary
You will define new services innovation programs together with our customers, set-up project teams, internal and external steering boards and drive feasibility studies together with customers. You will also drive the handover of new services to relevant business lines according to the business development process. You will also support our accounts in selling the services that you innovate together with the customers as well as define and manage BUGS Strategy Execution programs. The job requires extensive travelling.
Responsibilities & Tasks
• Together with Ericsson's existing customers and potential future customers define gaps/opportunities for BUGS portfolio
• Create Innovation programs that address customer needs that complement Ericsson portfolio/capabilities
• Set- up a governance structure with Customer C- level for the innovations programs.
• Coach Internal Program Managers who drives the innovation programs
• Sell new Services after the innovation projects
• Design, together with regions, strategy execution framework for their IT professional services business as well as their I&S business.
• Drive and co-ordinate BUGS Strategy Execution programs (Services WoW, XaaS etc).
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has;
• Manager of managers/project manager's experience
• Proven leadership skills in an international environment
• Experience in leading virtual teams
• Regional experience in leadership roles as well as in BU
• Strong professional services competence and experience of BUGS portfolio
• Deep understanding of an operator's way of working
• Experience in developing new services with customers beyond the current portfolio
• Strong Consultative skills in varied service businesses.
• Ability to lead customer project leaders to success, leveraging Ericsson's service engagement processes -Proven communication skills with customers at c-level.
