BACKGROUND
Magnus Penker, an internationally acknowledged expert and leading thinker on innovation, founded Innovation 360 Group with Martin Hultqvists, Agnes Sävenstedt and Sten Jacobson as co-founders in February 2015 in Stockholm - the city of innovation. The first assignment was in London, manifesting right from the outset, that the outlook and objectives of the firm are truly global.
Although global in scope, the company is firmly rooted in the Swedish heritage of strong entrepreneurship, high quality and centuries of sustainable innovation. Just six months after the firm was set up, it was ready to scale up its operations with the accreditation of a number of small independent top consultancies in a network based on the company's methodology and tools called InnoSurveyTM.
Innovation 360 Group helps companies to sharpen their innovation capability and re-innovate their value propositions, speeding up digitalisation (internal incremental/radical innovation) and global go-to-market projects (external incremental/radical innovation) through innovative strategy and business development. We do this by means of research-based innovation methods, assessments and measurements. All based on our unique global innovation database and research in the innovation area.
The company's aim is to help 1,000,000+ entrepreneurs, companies, executives and scientists all over the world to become world-class innovators. How? By providing our unique innovation measurement tool and database, InnoSurveyTM, as a free-to-all digital on-line service, complemented by an enterprise tool and specialist consultancy services provided by our consultants as well as through Licensed Practitioners all over the globe.

THE ROLE
In the role as CEO for Innovation 360 Consulting you will be responsible for establishing a new company within the Innovation 360 Group. This company will be a subsidiary and target the business area of Innovation Management Consulting.
Your initial focus will be on building and establishing a well functioning consultant organisation in accordance with group policies and guidelines. You will work to generate new business with the objective to increase the number of employed consultants to 20 within a two-year time period. Today, the business includes two senior consultants. The targeted region for the consulting business is Sweden, but you will also assist in the Innovation 360 's international rollout.
The main purpose and activities for the CEO is to:
• Increase revenue growth by selling and marketing all services provided by innovation 360
• Create scalability in deliveries by developing methods and references that are usable for the Licensed Practitioner network
• Recruit and attract new consultants
• Provide resources to be able to carry out accreditations worldwide
• Develop and hold master classes for innovation practitioners
You will be based at the Stockholm office and report to Magnus Penker, CEO of Innovation 360 Group.
QUALIFICATIONS
The right candidate has an academic background with a master degree in business administration. You have previously experience from working as a Management consultant and have been a part of developing a consultagency organisation. You have a solid background within sales and knowledge of and experience from Key Account Management. Through earlier experience, you have established a wide network of consultants and customers.
This role requires that you have high professional skills in English, since all internal communication is in English.
