Position Summary
In the global trainee program, you will get the opportunity to work with all steps in the development process; from business opportunity to requirement analysis, design, integration, verification, deployment and customer support. Much focus will be put on understanding how to develop functionality and solutions that is innovative and satisfies our customers? needs. You will practice and develop your skills for creating efficient proof of concepts and demos as well as products ready for release on the market.
Position Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Genuine technology interest, curiosity and eagerness to learn about new technology and how to apply it in telecom and ICT
Creativity, willingness to experiment and prototype
MSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
Fluent English
This is a Traineeprogram -You may have at most 2 years of working experience, no more then 2 years
Any of the following qualifications are valuable but not mandatory:
Programming skills, for example Web-scale IT, mobile applications or enterprise cloud applications
Modern development methods, such as 12-factor, lean/agile, micro service design, OpenStack, as a Service concept, SDN and open flowInnovation processes
Entrepreneurial experience
Preferred soft skills:

Excellent Communication skills
Coaching & Mentoring skills
