Prototype Purchasing is a team of 10 team members and they all work together and support each other, and count on you as well to be willing to do that! An important part for all of them is to interact and collaborate with other parts of the Group and represent Prototype Purchasing in related forums. All of the members in the team has something in common. They all believe high performance comes from having fun and the courage to take action. We all need to work together having the Group values as a guiding star. Doing the same thing as we did yesterday will not make much of a difference. And this is where you come into the picture. You as them believe in action, collaboration and clear communication.
As Prototype purchaser, your responsibilities:
• Are to be responsible for prototype parts for Heavy Duty Truck/Transport solutions
• Your stakeholders are mainly based in Gothenburg, and your suppliers are based in the Nordic region.
• Your purchasing responsibility focusing on areas such as optimizing the supplier base, securing competitive and quality secured agreements, developing best practice purchasing processes, meeting lead time requirements etc.
• You welcome Changes
• You are flexible and solution oriented.
• You will also drive continuous improvement in alignment stakeholders/colleagues within the organization and by that you will influence the products.
• Strengthen the Groups competitive advantage by understanding the business needs and the supplier.
Qualifications
• You speak and write excellent Swedish & English
• Former experience in Purchasing
• Technical background
• Automotive experience

About the position
The assignment is a concultancy position with employment at Adecco. Start will be in February and initially last until last of December 2021.
