ALTEN has a strong inhouse development team working with general industry, telecom, medtech and automotive industry. The team is working in parallel with different projects and we currently have a need to increase this team with another experienced HW Designer.

We are looking for passionate, committed and competent HW designers who has previous experience designing PCB:s, creating electrical solutions and in general can work with the full embedded HW development cycle including pre-study, schematics design, PCB layout, Board-bring up, verification as well as EMC and regulatory work.
You would work for different projects as part of an inhouse HW development team placed at the central hub of engineering at Alten Lindholmen. There is also opportunity to grow into a HW team lead or technical specialist role.
Typical qualifications:
• Experience from working in the field of embedded hardware development
• Experience from PCB design using tools such as Altium, Cadence, Mentor
• Knowledge of design for EMC
• An outgoing social person who helps others when needed and is realiable.
